It used to be that taking a plane for me was a big deal. I don't travel that often, but when I do, I want it to be fun. Deciding where to go and when to leave is just part of the puzzle. Showing up on time at the airport shouldn't have to be one of them. Oh I can get to the airport on time alright, but what do I do with my car and luggage once I'm there?
I've since discovered something that lets me park near the airport and get free shuttle service and even help with my luggage. It's called the Park Sleep Fly Airport Hotel parking package.
With the airport hotel parking package, I have a choice of whether to stay a night at the hotel before or after my flight, I can park my car at the hotel parking lot, and get the hotel's airport shuttle to and from the airport. The drivers are usually more courteous and they help me with my luggage on both legs of my trip. And they are very prompt when its time to pick you up.
The next time you travel, you just might want to try it, staying over at one of the hotels near the airport the night before. How convenient is that? You won't have to wake up in the middle of the night and fight the rush hour traffic to make your flight on time. Having someone pick you up, help with your luggage, and getting you to the airport on time is just the ticket you need. No more over-the-top rates for airport parking and no help when you get there. Thats what you should be looking for.
No more trying to convince a friend or family member to take you to the airport. After all, what fun is that for them? They have to turn right around and leave while you're headed to your destination. And then they have to do it all over again when you return.
Did you ever try to find a place to park while waiting for someone to arrive, pick up their luggage and get out to your car? It's not easy and there's always the chance of getting a ticket if you don't move quickly. It kind of takes all the fun out the trip. You should be coming back feeling rested and relaxed.
Stay at one of the hotels near the airport. Let the shuttle do the driving. And you'll be well rested in the morning in time for your plane. Now that's a vacation!
